Prepayment/bank transfer

If you pay in advance, your goods are reserved until we dispatch them to you immediately after receipt of payment.

It's that simple:

You will receive all the details you need to pay the invoice in advance with your order confirmation email.
If you order by post or telephone, you will receive all the relevant information by e-mail or post, depending on the data we have from you.
We will dispatch your goods as soon as payment has been credited to our account.
You will receive items that are not in stock as soon as they are available. Of course, you will not incur any additional costs for subsequent deliveries.

If no payment has been received in our account after 5 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order. Please enter your telephone number in the order form so that we can contact you if necessary.

Please indicate this with your payment:
Please state your name and the order number under "Intended use" in your bank transfer so that we can allocate your payment receipt to the order.

Note on payment in installments via PayPal:
We currently only offer payment by instalments directly via PayPal. For this you need a corresponding PayPal account. You can find out whether you can pay in instalments via PayPal after you have submitted your order by going to your PayPal account on the PayPal payment page. We have no influence on this, as the instalment payment contract is concluded directly between you and PayPal. If you are not offered payment by instalments by PayPal, please contact PayPal directly. Credit card via PayPal

It's that simple:
After completing your order in the ampanet online store, you will be automatically forwarded to our credit card partner PayPal, who will process your payment. There you enter your personal password and identify yourself. Only you and your bank know this password to protect your cardholder data. Please note that payment by credit card is only possible for your online purchase.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as we ship your order.

The payment method "Purchase on account" can generally only be used by existing customers (corporate customers, public institutions, schools, institutions and authorities) and if no different delivery address is specified.

You will receive your invoice with the shipment of goods; please transfer the invoice amount within 14 days of invoicing. Please state your invoice and customer number in the reason for payment.
